When it’s time to redeem, you choose how:

Redeem In-Store

  1. Let the cashier know you’d like to redeem a reward
  2. The cashier will redeem it directly at the register
  3. Your discount is applied to your current purchase
  4. Your points reset and you start earning toward the next reward
⚡ In-store rewards must be redeemed by the cashier at the register. Online coupon codes cannot be used in-store.

Redeem Online or via the App

  1. Open the loyalty app and choose your reward
  2. You’ll receive an email with a unique coupon code
  3. Add items to your cart at thegeorgiahempcompany.com
  4. Enter the coupon code at checkout
  5. Your discount is applied automatically
⚡ Redeeming through the app generates an online coupon code — it can only be used on the website, not in-store.

Yes! Just let the cashier know and they’ll redeem it at the register. Keep in mind that in-store redemptions are handled by the cashier — you can’t use an online coupon code in the store. Likewise, if you redeem through the app, you’ll get an online coupon code that only works on the website.

Your points balance resets for that tier. You keep earning toward the next reward with every purchase.
If you originally signed up with just your phone number, you’ll need to add your email address to your loyalty profile so your online orders can earn points too. Open the app or visit start.mylty.co/?id=24458, go to your profile, and add the email address you use for online orders. This will link everything to one account.
