At The Georgia Hemp Company™ and Sympleaf Sport CBD™, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with the incredible Kyra Milligan as she competes in Reps Ahead, part of the TYR Wodapalooza SoCal competition happening on September 21st and 22nd. Known for her explosive power and humble spirit, Kyra (@quads.like.kyra) is set to face newcomer Anikha Greer in what promises to be a thrilling matchup.

The Reps Ahead Showdown

Reps Ahead is a unique team competition format where North America’s top 5 men and women go head-to-head against the best athletes from around the world. Within this event, elite athletes like Kyra will showcase their skill, strength, and endurance in a special sequence called “Everett.”

The “Everett” Sequence:

3 rounds of maximum 3 minutes on, 1 minute off (3/1)
12 Toes to bar
8 Box jump overs (24/30 in height)
4 squat snatches (105/155LB)

In this intense format, athletes will aim to get 12 reps ahead of their opponent. If neither athlete reaches that goal after three rounds, the one with the highest total reps wins!

Kyra will be taking on Anikha Greer in an eagerly anticipated match on September 22nd at 2:59 PM. Both athletes are hungry to prove themselves on one of the biggest stages in the sport. It’s sure to be an electric competition, and Kyra is ready to show the world what she’s made of!
