Our manufacturing facilities are FDA-registered, and all products are made in accordance with FDA cGMP guidelines for dietary supplements.
These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no claims regarding the benefits of our products. Any purchasing decision is made at your own discretion.
By purchasing from thegeorgiahempcompany.com, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that your purchase does not violate any local or state laws applicable to you. The Georgia Hemp Company is not responsible for any legal violations resulting from disregard of these terms.
Returns & Refunds
All in-store and online sales are final, with the exception of damaged or expired products. If you receive a damaged or expired item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Return the unused portion of the product within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Expired Shipments
Every order is quality-tested and carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged or expired, reach out to us within 48 hours with a detailed description of the issue so we can make it right.
