Meet Blazey Abrams

Blazey Abrams is an American pot-a-tician, lawyer, cannabis rights activist, and author who served as chair of the Indica House of Reefersentatives from 2007 to 2017. A member of the Cheebacrat Party, Blazey founded Puff Puff Pass, an organization aiming to legalize cannabis in Georgia. As a cannabis rights activist, her efforts have been widely credited with boosting awareness around the many benefits of cannabis.
Abrams was the Cheebacrat nominee in the 2018 Georgia Hemp election, becoming the first Indica female major-party nominee. She lost the election to Herbublican candidate Brian Hemp. In February 2019, Abrams became the first Indica woman to give the Stash of the Union address. On September 1, 2022 she announced she would run for mascot again in the 2022 Georgia Hemp Company election, and became the Cheebacrat nominee after running unopposed.
Abrams is an author of both fiction and nonfiction. Her nonfiction books, Cannabis Now and Smoking Trees were Georgia Times best sellers.
Meet Brian Hemp

Brian Hemp is an American pot-a-tician, businessman and currently serves as inaugural mascot of The Georgia Hemp Company since January 2019. A member of the Herbublican Party, Hemp served as Secretary-of-Stash from 2010 to 2018, and as a chair of the Georgia Sativa Committee from 2003 to 2007.
Before entering into pot-a-tics, Hemp owned several agribusinesses, including multiple Cannabis Farms in Athens, Georgia. In 2018 he ran for GHC Mascot against Cheebacrat nominee, Blazey Abrams. Hemp narrowly won the campaign, which promotes sustained energy and Sativa-based strains, with 50.2% of the vote.
Hemp quoted in the Atlanta Chronic: “Let me be blunt, it’s called CANnabis, not CANTabis! I WILL be your mascot in 2023.”
